By purchasing digital downloads from Cesar Cabral Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the images:

Permitted Uses

- You may use the purchased digital images for:Personal use (e.g., personal websites, social media, etc.).
- Commercial use (e.g., marketing, promotions, advertisements, publications) with proper credit (see below).
- For digital use, @cabralada on Instagram must be tagged.
- For printed materials, "Photo by Cesar Cabral" must be credited.

Prohibited Uses

- The following uses are not permitted:Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the images.
- Claiming the images as your own.
- Using the images without proper credit, as required.

Modification

You may resize or crop the images to fit your specific needs, but you may not alter the original content in a way that misrepresents the image or its origin.

Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Cesar Cabral. By purchasing, you are granted the right to use the images according to the terms of this license, but ownership of the copyright is not transferred.

Termination of License

This license will be revoked if you fail to comply with the terms outlined above, particularly if the images are used without proper credit.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be offered once the files have been delivered.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of these images will be governed by the laws of Germany, specifically the jurisdiction of Hamburg.
