By purchasing from Cesar Cabral Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment

- All payments must be made in full at the time of checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders placed prior to a price change will not be affected.

License and Usage Rights

- Upon purchase, you are granted full usage rights to the images, including personal and commercial use, provided that proper credit is given.
- Credit Requirement:For any digital use (e.g., social media, websites, or online marketing), you must tag @cabralada on Instagram.
- For any printed materials, you must include the credit "Photo by Cesar Cabral."

Delivery

- Digital products will be delivered via [email/download link] within [time frame] after the payment is processed.
- Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided once the files have been delivered.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

- All images remain the intellectual property of Cesar Cabral. However, by purchasing, you are granted a license to use the images for both personal and commercial purposes, as long as you follow the credit guidelines.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution without proper credit is prohibited.

Customer Responsibilities

- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout, including the correct email address for digital delivery.

Privacy

- We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except for those necessary to process your order.

Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes or claims arising from your purchase will be governed by the laws of Germany, specifically the jurisdiction of Hamburg. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration or settled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hamburg.
